DOCK & OUTDOOR SPACES

Can guests use the dock?
Yes, guests are welcome to enjoy the dock area for lounging, dolphin spotting, or relaxing with a drink. It’s not set up for fishing or boating, but it’s the perfect peaceful hangout spot. You're most welcome to fish however, please ensure you're aware of any city regulations.

Are there outdoor spaces to relax?
Definitely! The property has outdoor seating areas, tables, and lounge chairs where you can unwind after a day at the beach.

Are there grills available?
Yes, we have charcoal grills available for guest use. Just bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid, and you’re good to go!

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out is by 10 AM.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in may be available with a $50 fee. Just ask on your arrival date since the priority list is prepared daily.

How do I access my unit?
We do not have a front desk. Each unit has a self check-in keypad. You’ll receive access instructions and your personal entry code before arrival.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

Is parking included?
Free parking is available—one space per unit unless otherwise noted. Street or paid parking options are nearby if you’re bringing more than one vehicle.

Do I need a car to get around?
Not at all. You can walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Want to go a little farther? Local trolleys and rideshare services like Uber are easy to use.

What’s included inside the units?
All units include WiFi, air conditioning, a private bathroom. Check your specific unit listing for details regarding other amenities.

Are towels and linens provided?
Yes—fresh linens and towels are provided. Note that since it's a vacation rental we do not provide daily towel service. If your stay is longer than 7 nights, feel free to request a complimentary swap.

POLICIES

Are pets allowed?
Only unit 2112 allows for one pet with a $150 nonrefundable fee. Please include the pet in the reservation and include the fee during the check-out process.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the units or on the property.

What’s the change/cancellation policy?
Change/ Cancelation 14 days prior to arrival - No penalty
Change/ Cancelation within 14-7 days prior to arrival - 50% penalty
Change/ Cancelation within 7 days of arrival - No refunds

Is there an extra charge for more than 2 guests?
Yes. Our rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests incur a small nightly charge to help cover added utilities, laundry, supplies, and general wear and tear. This helps us keep the property clean, comfortable, and well-stocked for everyone.
